REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Gen Growth Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, branding, website development, and advertising services. Due to the nature of our services, which involve strategic planning, consultation, research, design, and development, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to The Gen Growth Media are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been received and a project or service has commenced, no full or partial refund will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Gen Growth Media.

Project Initiation

Every project begins with detailed discussions, planning, research, strategy development, and scope finalization.

This process involves the allocation of resources, time, and professional expertise. Therefore, once a project has been confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Cancellation of Projects

Clients may request to discontinue a project at any time.

However:

  • Payments already made will not be refunded.

  • Any outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable.

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered where applicable after all outstanding payments have been cleared.

Website Design & Development

Once the website design, wireframe, mock-up, or development phase has been approved by the client, no refund will be provided.

Requests for design revisions within the agreed project scope will be accommodated wherever applicable.

Major changes beyond the approved scope may incur additional charges.

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, and all other digital marketing services require significant planning, research, campaign setup, and continuous execution.

Accordingly:

  • All SEO fees are non-refundable.

  • Digital marketing retainers are non-refundable.

  • Advertising management fees are non-refundable.

  • Campaign setup charges are non-refundable.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Clients may discontinue recurring monthly services by providing 30 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

Advertising Budget

Any advertising budget paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, or any other advertising platform is governed by the respective platform’s policies.

The Gen Growth Media has no authority to process refunds for advertising spend paid to third-party platforms.

Client Delays or Abandoned Projects

If a client fails to provide the required content, approvals, credentials, or communication for 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered inactive.

Payments made for inactive or abandoned projects are non-refundable.

Restarting an inactive project may require additional charges based on the remaining work.

Special Offers & Promotional Services

Services purchased under promotional campaigns, discounted packages, limited-time offers, or special pricing are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been started, delivered, or completed.

If a payment dispute is raised without valid grounds, The Gen Growth Media reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services and pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.

Third-Party Costs

Payments made towards third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain Registration

  • Web Hosting

  • SSL Certificates

  • Premium Themes

  • Plugins

  • Software Licenses

  • API Services

  • Email Services

  • Advertising Platforms

are non-refundable once purchased.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • The Gen Growth Media is legally required to provide one.

  • A duplicate payment has been made by the client.

  • A billing error has occurred due to our mistake.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
